I'm getting the error
"Sorry, request is not included in your subscription"
whenever I try and do anything in Telmap Beta for UG.
Any ideas? Tried re-entering the activation code (in upper and lower case) and it's accepted but I'm still getting the error.
Thanks
edit: using a blackberry 8900 |

Figured it out
One you enter your activation code, you need to go into preferences-settings-update subscription. Once you're there you need to re-enter the SAME activation code.
Not sure why you have to do this but it worked for me.
Good luck!!

Aww...sorry to hear. I'm using a BB Curve 8900 as well and was hoping it would work for everyone.

I went back to the Preference page and entered 1 letter at a time and I wasn't successful either. I have a Bold 9700, could that be an issue? |

I have no idea why it worked for me. I uninstalled the program, then reinstalled it. Yhen I entered my activation code in both spots.
I have no idea if this makes any difference either but I downloaded my version from blackberryseeker.com
Sorry, really thought I was going to be of help.

Sorry for my double post, but I got it to work!
In my first attempts I copied the activation key and pasted it into Telmap when I was prompted for the code. But here in the forum someone wrote that you should type the code manually.
But this also doesn't work. Why not? Because I pressed the shift key long, so that every charactar was written in upper case letters - and this was my failure! The thing is, that it seems to be essential that you press shift before you press one key - you have to press shift before every character!
This worked fine for me - I hope so also for you!

Do you presed "shift" before every letter? Like this: shift - A - shift - B - shift C .......
I fyou did so and it still doesn't work, I'm so sorry!
This method worked for me by the first attempt but sadly it seems that I had only luck.
I hope someone find a fix!

When I entered mine, I didn not copy and paste nor did I bother with Caps. I entered the same code both in lower case letters. |

Lower case letters? When I typed the code in lower type letters I always got the message that the code was incorrect.
Strange that your way worked for you and mine way worked for me but both ways doesn't work on other devices. |
