Save a set of POIs for future download

I've searched the forum to see if this has already been asked but was unable to find anything.

I have a set of 38 POI categories which I download once a month, to keep them up to date. Is there any way that I can save the selection so that I don't have to reselect them every time?

I'm afraid it can't be done that way, as the files are created 'on-the-fly'.
