when i am tring to open the poi zip file i receive erro , i am using win zip
my device is tomtom so the file i am tring to download is ov2

Have you tried ticking the "Show Link" box next to the Download button?

Just to add, although Winzip should do the job of decompressing the download fine, you don't actually need it if you are using any modern version of Windows - there is an "unzipper" built in. Just right click on the download file and select "Extract all" and it should do the same thing as Winzip.

As Daggers says, the 'Show Link' button often cures the problem you're getting.

Also, you may be trying to download too many categories of POI at once. I can't remember the limit, but try selecting just one category and try downloading that as a test.

Stick below 20 custom POI categories in any single download to make sure you don't get errors due to too many for the server to handle - Mike
