Rikaline GPS-6201-X6 problem

Tested on Siemens Loox600 en windows2002 and IPAQ4150 windows 2003.
GPS software: 3.02 for TomTom GPS.
When I start the gps software on the pocket pc (loox)
He finds the GPS CF card
I enable the software, the green light blinks twice, then it lights up continues
When I go to GPS steatite info I see that the GPS CF card sending data to the pocket-PC. So far ok, but after 15 sec the system blocks it and stops sending data from the GPS CF card to the Pocket PC
I have tested with another Rikaline GPS-6201-X6 and it works fine
The only difference we see is the device name
The 1 GPS name is “Rikaline___CF HS GPS” the other “Socket CF+_Seriam_port_Cart_Rev2”
The Socket CF+_Seriam_port_Cart_Rev2 works fine
What can I do ?

Contact your local supplier in Belgium and they well replace it for you. If not then contact support@rikaline.co.uk and send us your serial number and we will get it replaced by HO.
