Just bought a new Roadhawk RH1 along with a new car and am now very very reluctant to fit it permanently to the car. I have tried it out with the suction holder to make sure it works and it does. So I am going to give it a try at selling it on here, for one week only.
I paid £190 for it last week so will be looking in the region of 150 plus postage.
There is a review here by Darren about the Roadhawk. _________________ 'Tis better to keep your mouth closed and let others believe you are an idiot than to open it and prove you are! |

Hi speedbird1 - if you don't get offered more than £120 inc postage (unlikely, I'm sure, but I keep looking at it but thinking the retail is well over my head), then I'm your man!! No quibble, as long as it works of course. _________________ David

I'll give you 140 if your avatar and name mean I live close enough to collect it! _________________ Dennis

BigPerk, thanks for that but I can't justify to losing quite that much.
DennisN, again sorry as £150 is the lowest I can manage and i am about 250 miles from you so would need to use postage, However i do get to about 75 mile from you this coming week if that is any use. the cost would still be 150 tho" Sorry.

Was only really living in hope - "don't ask, don't get"! But I also thought it would get the ball rolling for you - seems to have. _________________ David

Ah. You didn't previously have a location in your profile, so I thought you might be associated in some way with the Concorde stored at Bristol. _________________ Dennis

Happy new year guys!
Well I've finally decided not to install the Roadhawk, so if any of the previous offers are still on the table, just give me a shout.
Thanks

Hi again Mike. I'll go for a one-off £150 bid IF postage is included . (But I bet DennisN's got more money than me ). _________________ David

I'm out - just got a communication from City of Westminster Parking Services (in Warrington!), so I think they may take precedence for £120 unless I can convince them otherwise. _________________ Dennis

I'll go to £149 excluding postage and let Mike pick it up for me and bring it to me when we meet up in February. _________________ Dennis

DennisN: sorry about the parking incident.
Mikealder: sorry but you were just pipped at the post by BigPerk. ( if he backs out then the deal will be yours)
BigPerk: Can you please PM me finalise everything.
Thanks again for the interest guys, it really appreciated.

That's OK - I'm pretty sure they were both wanting to buy it as a Valentine's Day present for me anyway. _________________ Dennis
