Anyone got recommendations for a headset I can use on a motorcycle?

I like to wear earplugs to save my hearing for my old age, are there any earplugs with built in headset available? I don't really want to buy an intercom, just something I can plug straight into a ipaq 2210 so I can be warned of 'accident black spots' and hear directions.

If you can give me any advice it would be greatly appreciated.

The closed shell 'D' type earpiece my be an option. They can be bought from Maplins and specialist radio dealers.

This is the Maplin 'Monophone Earpiece' which reatils at £4.99 and should fit comfortably inside a helmet and won't fall off when you put on/take off your lid .

I paid £100 for earplugs with built in speakers and they aren't that good. The sound level was too low and needed to be much higher. Other makes may be better.

Thank you both for the info. Maplin have a variety of options, all pretty cheap, which I think I will try first.
