do I need to delete tom tom safety cameras?

Hello
I've installed and activated the pocketgps safety camera download onto my tom tom go 730. Do I need to delete the tom tom safety camera files on my satnav so they don't duplicate? And is so, how do I do this?

Hi John, welcome to the forum.

You don't have to remove the TomTom cameras but it will stop duplicate warnings where the cameras are on both databases.

You'll find these and other instructions in the TomTom FAQ. The one you need to follow is #13 to remove the TomTom cameras.

Before you do delete them, we often suggest you run them both side by side for a few days, to get a feel for how many cameras (and especially mobile sites) you've been missing up to now!
