Sat-Nav Traffic Function Research

Hi All

I’m a Masters degree student in Transport Planning currently working on my dissertation at the University of the West of England. My research subject is Traffic Information for Sat-Nav systems.

I’m currently looking for people who either currently use or have used traffic services (such as Garmin Live Traffic, or TomTom HD Traffic) to take part in telephone interviews. I’m looking to find out about people’s experiences of these functions including the accuracy of the information, whether those that have them follow their direction all the time, value for money, and such like. The interview itself will take 20 - 30 minutes and all information given will be treated anonymously in my work and not used by anybody other than myself.
