How do I enter USA petrol price in Nuvi?

I read that to get the correct running costs and mpg data in the UK you enter the price in pence per 'litre' even though the figures given are miles per 'gallon'.

I am going to the USA in a week and I really don't know what to enter in the settings. How do I change the settings to the American gallon/dollars-cents etc.

Please help.

No elegant solution to this one, but there is 3.79 litres to a US gallon, if you x your litre price by 3.79 you should get your price to enter.
