help tried everything to get 6010 and loox with tt3 working

iv got an loox 600 and the rikaline 6010 gps with tt3 but i cant get the gps to connecet to the loox iv tried all the other drivers and all the com ports but with nothing i spoke to tomtom and thay could not give me much more info iv tried reinstaling it with just small 16 mb map to make sure the cf card was not getting in the way but nothing still no dots in the gps stats tab...the gps seems to be picking up a singnel as it flash when it has a view of the sky and the light stays on when blocked all the software seems fine iv made sure i have stopped all incomming beams and turned bluetooth off .

iv tried to download winfast navagater but i cant seem to get that working my pc would not download it so i want to a cafe and downloaded it there on to a floppy then move it to the loox but could not find it ..so then i connected the loox to the internet and downloaded it direct to the loox .

i it seems to be in the main memory but i cant open it it says something like you must run the file first but i cant run from there so im a bit stuck
i dont know if its the gps or the cabel or the loox

is there anywhere i can take/send the hole lot and get it tested to save all this hassel?

you probably downloaded the PC installer for the WinFast navigator - that one will not run on the Pocket PC.

Do you have a working ActiveSync connection?

thanks for the reply i have got a working active sync and im sure i downloaded the only one for the pda but ill double check
