IPAQ 2210 ROM upgrade and TomTom3

Just purchased IPAQ2210 with Holux BT GR-230 and TomTom Nav3. Now just contemplating if it is wise to perform the IPAQ2210 ROM upgrade to version 1.10... seem to be some stories around of this upgrade going wrong, and I'm not too sure how much benefit derives from it. Presumably it will be sensible to upgrade the TomTom software to the new 3.1 / 3.2 version available from their website. Any views / advice would be appreciated.

I upgraded my 2210 to 1.10 early on, and haven't had a single issue with it.

However (there always is one isn't there ? :D) it does make changes to the BlueTooth stack (which means you don't have to load the additional bluetooth upgrade from the HP website - so it frees some of your precious memory up)

Net - I've not seen any negative impact in doing the upgrade personally - other than the 3.3 million hours it seemed to take to do it (well about 35 mins)
