TomTom 1 V3 W.Europe IQ+Advanced Lane Guidance

I have recently purchased a TomTom 1 version 3 with W. European maps. It has application 8.010 installed and map v815.2024. As it has only 1GB internal memory with very little room left, where or how can I install IQ routes and/or Advanced Lane guidance. I really want only the lane guidance if possible? I was led to believe that it was not possible to put lane guidance on this device but I see they are being sold on Ebay item 250376135600. Any advice appreciated.

IQ routes and ALG are built into the map data, so nothing else is needed to be installed! Smile

Im not too sure on the specifics, but i believe the ALG is only available on the go x20/x30/x40 devices. And the IQ routes are built into the map, they can be turned off if so desired.

Its a TomTom One so you won't get IQ Routes or reality view/ Lane Assist, these functions are only intended to work on the Gox20, 30 and 40 product lines.

As for the E-Bay advert I have sent an e-mail to TomTom about this one so I would expect their legal team will jump on the chaps selling their product on e-bay with what can only be illegal maps installed - Mike
