My Garmin Nuvi 360T is steadily driving me up the walls. It started happening shortly before Christmas when I noticed the unit was "lagging" behind. I'd drive to a juction and be at least 200 yards past it but on the screen I was only then driving past.

I rang Garmin in the UK and they instructed me to to a hard reset, they sent me all the instructions on how to do it and I followed them dilligently. I turned the machine back on and updated the software and the maps and left it in the window so that it could successfully get a GPS lock.

Yesterday, I was going to Cardiff and it was working perfectly until I got to my friends house who i was collecting onroute. I turned the unit back on and the same old thing was happening again, coming to the end of the road and the machine still thinks I only half way down it.

Any suggestion chaps, I run a charity for exracing greyhounds and when you go on a homecheck and find that the address you needed to go to was a quarter of a mile back down the road, doesn't exactly put you in the right frame of mind.

I can get no where with Garmin Support they just tell me that I need to do a hard reset again blah, blah, blah.

PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP ME FOR MY SANITYS SAKE

Look forward to replys

Regards

Sam

When you switched on the second time (after picking up your friend) did you let the unit get green bars before driving off?

Everything was up and running, the unit told me it had acquired the satellites, it had connected to the phone, the traffic unit was connected, yep everything was 5 by 5
