730T voice problem (not stuttering)

I turned my device on today, and after about 5 minutes I thought something was missing!

It was my voices, I checked all the settings to make sure I had a voice selected, there was no sound when I selected the 'test' option.

I checked the volume, checked it was set to play through device etc, nothing.

I then selected a computer voice, that gave me warnings and advice, for example "you will arrive at your destination at 12.22", but no routing prompts, e.g " in 300 yds turn left"!

Where have my voices gone?

First thing to try is a simple reset using paperclip in the hole on the base of the device - Mike
