Has anyone emailed a question etc to TelMap and had a response? I sent them an email with some feedback last week but have not had any sort of reply. Not very encouraging as the sole purpose of this test is to give them feedback and suggestions. |

I am still waiting for a reply from beginning of the week as I have changed to a HTC Touch HD and wanted confirmation on how to transfer my Telmap programme from my Touch Cruise. Still waiting . . . . . . . . . |

I haven't sent them anything so far as I was under the impression that they would be sending a questionnaire out by e-mail to the beta testers.
Unless I get something next week, I'll send my comments in, regardless. _________________ Ric - TomTom 520 DEAD - Passed to the great traffic jam in the sky. Now using Maps & Waze on Samsung Galaxy S4 + CamerAlert of course! |

I got a reply today. Basically they say the low volume will be looked into in the next release if 'their software doesnot maximise the system volume', which it quite clearly doesn't on Windows Mobile systems.
They also said they are looking into using the PGPSW database. No comments about custom POIs though. |

The volume on my Blackberry is also too low even with system volumes set to Max and Max volume selected in TelMap. _________________ Darren Griffin |

Roi was out of the office last week. He says he may have missed an email, so if you are expecting a reply and have not received it yet please contact him at roi.revachATtelmap.com _________________ Robert Brady |

I am using version 4.5 of Telemap with a BlackBerry Curve and the volume seems like it would be adequate but the low frequency voice alerts are too close to average 'car road noise'. I have used several GPS systems with the same BB and one had a high pitched voice that was much easier to hear.
Maybe a new voice or option to download voices.

Seems like TelMap is working for some Curve 8900 users. For me I just keep getting the message "Service is not in your subscription". What's that all about and does anyone know how to fix it? |

You need to ask Telmap, have you contacted them directly? _________________ Darren Griffin |

Figured it out...after you input the activation code, you need to go into settings-preferences-upgrade subscription. Once you're there you need to re-enter the same activation code.
