Can I use the DC to USB cable that comes with the Fortuna Clip On to charge the Clip On battery directly from a laptop USB port?

What are all the other connectors on the charging lead for the clip-on to be used for??

Could i put the ipaq power/sync adaptor onto one of these and power the 2210??

Any ideas??
