It sounds like the TT servers are down again.
It might not be fixed until some time Tuesday.
It's quite a common occurrence. _________________ Richard

I think the last good Mapshare cnnection I got was on 22nd August. I don't think it's a Public Holiday in the Netherlands today, so it may work later, but I'm not holding my breath! _________________ Ric - TomTom 520 DEAD - Passed to the great traffic jam in the sky. Back up, then try removing all mapshare corrections, both yours and other people's (done in Home, tools menu).
That often "kick-starts" the download process again. |

Cheers Andy_P, did just that and got the message to say my map was over 49 days old.
Ran Update from Home and I now have 30578 MapShareupdates in next to no time. _________________ Ric - TomTom 520 DEAD - Passed to the great traffic jam in the sky. Now using Maps & Waze on Samsung Galaxy S4 + CamerAlert of course! |

Had the exact same thing yesterday after updating my map. I though it was something to do with that, but was advised to try again today. IT NOW WORKS!!! Whoo Hoo _________________ Regards Mike |

It highlights OK on my 720 with v8 map.
You won't be able to change the speed limit to 30mph. It's a known bug that during conversion 30, 40 & 50mph speed limits become 29, 39, & 49mph.
Edit: Just tried with 720 map and that highlights it OK too. _________________ Anita

Are you now saying you cannot select ANY "A" roads?
I just tried your example of the A259 on my Go720 with v715 map and it selects fine. |

Try changing the colour scheme and try again. If I remember right, Britannia has red roads for "secondary" roads. _________________ Gerry

I was ignoring the colour mentioned....
With so many colour schemes available, that's why I said "A" roads.
But whatever, JaTe still should be able to select "B" roads too!
I think JaTe, you need to try (easiest first)
1. a reset, or
2. a "return to factory settings", or
3. a re-install of software |
