Subscription problem

Hi

I have registered and subscribed to this site. I have used the speed camera database download once, but when I tried to download the updates today, the database is telling me I am not a subscriber? I have the receipt to prove that I am?

If you have details to hand, perhaps the best thing to do would be to send an e-mail to subscriptionsATpocketgpsworldDOTcom (replacing the AT with @ and DOT with .), giving details of your username, e-mail address associated with your username, date of subscription and PayPal transaction number.

This will enable somebody to look into this without divulging anything publicly in the forum.

just had a quick look and you have 2 accounts:

jugster - no subscription
Jugster1 - 218 days left of subscription...

please log-in using the correct account. this is just one of many reasons why we do not allow multiple forum accounts!
