New to the Ipaq 314

hi guys,

just received my Ipaq 314 and I wondered if anyone out there has bought the system and can help me witha simple step by step on what I should do to make sure I have the current maps etc.

I have downloaded the 1.8gb file and clicked on the exe but nothing. Do i have to use the content manager? Should I back up the system and what is the best way to do so?

I have ordered a SDHC card for the ipaq but that hasn't arrived yet. Hope someone can help.

yes, you should normally use the Content Manager to perform update checks. Since you just bought it the device may already have the latest maps and program version.
