Does anyone know if there is an addon for tomtom that will tell you the current speed limit for the road you are on and that can give you a warning if you exceed the limit? |

None of the speed limit warners take their data from the TomTom map attributes, they all work with POI's (for the speedo's)
Other programs have this feature, but as far as I know you are the first one to ever ask for it ;-) _________________ Lutz

Sounds like a really good idea to me. Especially when travelling abroad. |

For example on Destinator- you can have a wav file sound "You are over the speed limit" - this gets pretty annoying after a few meters. It's a bit like the bells in the cars in Singapore or Dubai that start their ding-ding when you go over the limit.
Routis has the same feature, thankfully with a WAV file as well so you can control the terror. _________________ Lutz

GPS Assist allows you to set a speed limit, and gives a warning if you go over it.
It's reviewed on this site somewhere. |

As do we, but the speed warning doesn't vary according to the current speed limit. |
