Just upgraded to a TT720T from a One. I know whera=e and how to install the PGPS speed camera database, but the 720 already has TT's own cameras installed. Should I delete these before adding in the PGS ones?

Hi rafletcher
I deleted all the cameras before I loaded the PGPS ones and all went perfectly. Remember, before doing so make sure that you have backed up everything on your device. If you do then make a cock-up its easy to go back and start again. _________________ Tomtom Go 720.

You don't NEED to, it's entirely up to you...
You can run them side by side for a while - which will demonstrate just what a good decision you've made got go with the PGPSW ones.
Then when you get fed up with the (occasional ) double alerts you can either just disable them (in the 'TomTom Plus Services' menu), or delete them as per the instructions linked to above. |
