How to Load POI

I just purchased a TT GO 720T and still learning how to get the most out of it.
How do I load POI from POI factory , please explain step by step.
I am looking to upload structures clearance that fit the hight of my 5W

It goes into extra detail to get audible warnings for the speed camera database, but the general principles are the same for all POIs.

If you're new, you really should read the TomTom "FAQs" in that part of the forum too. Especially the one about making a Windows Explorer backup BEFORE doing anything else.
