Mio speedcam warnings - improvements

I've noticed that in the last few weeks the quality of Mitac speedcam updates has improved considerably - new cams are appearing very quickly indeed (not clear how) and the updates (especially for UK camera sites) are very regular.

Mitac also seems to have dropped the subscription charges for the updates.

With the Speed CAM tool it takes 4 people to submit a camera for it to then appear in the database.

And yes they are sharing data from the NAvman database and some from other locations
