Location to download 930 European Voice files?

A member of another forum has a NA 930 unit. As such, the VR works only for his NA map, not his Western and Central Europe map. Is there a location where he can dl the 930, not 920, voice files for his European map?

Interestingly, we've discovered there exists a link: http://tomtom.com/updates/ASR_North_America_v8.zip that North Americans can NOT get to.
Your European link for version 8 is precisely the proper link needed.
