Does anyone know what this is?

Country switcher standard on Go 920

Is it as obvious as it sounds? If it switches countries what does that mean as far as my SatNav is concerned?

They've changed the page layout a bit. Here's what mine looks like:
First screen is what you get when you ask to navigate to an address or city centre. Second screen is what you get if you tap the union jack.
