|
|
Upgraded a TT GO Classic to Firmware 7162 and now have lost page 3 of the main menu screen, this is where " Veiw Route and Show Route Summary " used to be, is there anyway of getting these back, I have tried back dating to 6225 but the TT wont boot up now with that firmware. This is my Sisters TT and she is insistant she wants to veiw those options.
What can I do?
Thx

According to our V7 Features Table here these features are not available to you on a GO Classic upgraded to v7.
Did you have a backup of the device before you upgraded? _________________ Darren Griffin |

You should be able to, hence my question about your having a full backup of it before you upgraded? _________________ Darren Griffin |

Take a FULL backup now before you go any further. Don't do the following unless you have a backup.
If you have the v6 update, delete all the FILES in the root of your GO, do not delete any FOLDERS, only the loose files.
Then run the v6 update. This should resolve the issue. _________________ Darren Griffin |
