Payment hasnt been activated

Hello,

I have just paid for the 1 year subscription with paypal and a credit card and it has not gone onto my account.

I do have a different email address for my paypal account than the pocketgps account.

Can you please let me know how we can solve this.

Please send an email to subscriptions[at]pocketgpsworld.com with details including the Transaction ID.

I have registered and subscribed by payment to Paypal where my account has been debited and payment to Pocket GPS cleared. Yet there is no sign of my subscription being in force and I am unable to download Speed Cameras etc.
What is going on please?

Same applies to you, I have checked and your account correctly shows a one years subscription currently activated?

I know PayPal are having server issues today so perhaps the activation is being delayed a little, can you recheck and let me know if you continue to have problems?
