Hi all
Am a new owner of HP 2210 & Navman 4140 BTGPS.
Am having beginer problems & a few answers would be great.
Having turned of Bluetooth, the blue light continues to flash & cannot always turn it off. Any ideas ?
Also how can you get the upgrades for the OS, with the desktop & laptop it is simple but with the pocket pc how is it done ?
thanks Roy _________________ all the best

Hi,
I can't help with the bluetooth problem - when I switch it off it stays off. Howeve, I keep mine on full time anyway.
For updates to the OS go to ww.hp.co.uk - follow the links to support for the 2210 - you can download whole new ROMS (which is the OS and the basic apps) from there - be warned though unlike on a pc updating the OS wipes your IPAQ completely so do a backup of any essential information.

Re the Bluetooth light issue, is this on the HP or the Navman ? I haven't seen this on any 2210's so I'm guessing it's the Navman ? Then again I never saw it on the Navman BT GPS. You may want to contact Navman and check with them, as there miight be a fault with it. |
