I recently download some POI from TomTom, but when I tried to convert them from .ov2 to .csv for my Navman, POI Edit 2007-1, and some other programs, but they don't recognise the file format.

Has the ov2 format changed for the new TomTom's ? Can anyone help ? Mad

In POIEdit do you use Save as .. and change the File Type to Navman csv Type?

If you do, does it actually create a csv File?

If it does, have you tried opening it with Notepad?

Can you tell us the first 3 or 4 lines?

Which File Format is your Navman looking for?

Are there some "advanced" OV2 files that POIEdit can't handle?

Yes any that don't conform to the standard file definition or have extra info such as TomTom's encrypted .ov2's for example.
