BMW in-car SatNav

Hi,
newbie to this forum and not sure whether this is in the right place.
I have idrive professional satnav system in my 2007 5Series, which is DVD based.
I bought a 2010 disc last year from a legal internet supplier which gave me speed cameras around Europe and 7 digit postcode in UK, these had previously been unavailable.
I have now got 2011 discs, there are 3 now, which have a lot more POIs but no speed cams and no postcode.
I would like to download the speed cams and burn them onto new discs, but I do not know which files to obtain, as I do not know the make of the satnav system installed.
Can anyone point me in the right direction.

Thanks a bundle ......... looks perfect. Research it first to confirm its OK , there seems to be a problem with backup to it in Oct last year, but also lots of thanks on the net.
Hopefully problem solved
