Is there any way to switch off the "Welcome to Copilot Live" message each time you start up the application?
It's embarassing if you want to advance plan a route whilst in an open office! |

There may be other ways, but what I would do is turn the PPC sound volume down to zero before I start CoPilot.

I have the O2 branded version here and it doesn't make any noise when it is launched?

The "Welcome to Copilot Live" message is now an ogg file...
Storage Card \ Copilot \ Speech \ EN-GB \ Jane \ cpwelcomelive.ogg
With version 6 it was a wav file and I just replaced it with a different one.
You could try renaming it, or replacing it with a different ogg. |

I've deleted it and everything works fine, but no voice when it starts.
Strange it isn't an option somewhere in Settings though?
