tomtom one 1st edition help

hi guys, not been here for ages hope to turn that around though.

ive got a tomtom one 1st ed here that could do with an update.

i tried connecting it to tomtom through tomtom home but it woint have any of it. if i plug the tomtom into the the pc, tomtom home auto opens but when i click on update etcetc it says please connect tomtom, yet it already is...

how else can i update the maps/software as its long overdue for an update?

any help greatly appreciated

Give TomTom Support a ring in the morning (0845 161 0009) relay the problem to them and they should e-mail you a file over to install on the TomTom One which allows Home to actually see the device - Mike
