|
|
Just bought a package containing T3 palm, Tomtom 2 and tomtom gps.
The lack of information on the gps is bugging me and I really mean absolutely nothing. Nothing on the tt cd either. Although I have worked out how to use it, I am only guessing waht the two LEDs mean. Can anyone confirm the following
1) blue light flashing means that the gps has locked on and is trasnmitting.
2) red light means that the battery is low and/or charging
3) amber light means ????
4) green light means fully charged |

TomTom's support pages are equally vague on this subject, they say:
The Tom Tom Wireless GPS has two lights on the front :
The left light is the bluetooth indicator and will burn or flash blue when the bluetooth is actived.
The right light is for the charge function : it will burn red when the gps requires charging or when it is charging.
For the GPS status : it will blink green when the gps has established satellite connections.
For more information, please consult your TomTom Wireless GPS manual.
I have the same unit and don't recall an amber light? _________________ Darren Griffin |

To be honest, although they refer to a 'manual', I have never seen one! _________________ Darren Griffin |
