tomtom home error.

hi, issue regarding tomtom home. i have recently bought tomtom 920t but cannot get tomtom home to run on my pc,i have tryed using the disk,the tomtom itself and customer support,none have worked.it seems to download ok but error comes up after selecting language.i am running windows vista. please can some body help!!!!!!!!!!!
