Need Help with HP6515 IPAQ

Help!! I need some guidance. I have a HP6515 IPAQ with CE installed as an OS. The device has a GPS receiver internal and with the addition of NAVTEQ maps, it does a good job navigating in the US. I am going to Europe in Feb, 2008 and wanted to use it to get around in unfamiliar countries. NAVTEQ has no maps for that device for Europe, so I ordered " maps compatiable with" the 6515 from TomTom. After they got my 200 bucks, I discover that the GPS software in the 6515 does not recognize the tomtom maps. I have been attempting to contact tomtom to see if there is software they can sell me that will work with the 6515, such as the navigator 4,5, or whatever, but "due to unexpectedly high call volumes, etc" no one will talk to me there. Is what I am trying to do doable? or have I just away 200 bucks for maps on a SD that I cannot access? I would really appreciate any guidance any of you have on this issue. One guy has Navigator five software(used) on Ebay, but says it will work with Treo only. Is that stuff designed by device, or is it generic for most Palm/PDA's like the HP6515?

you can download the TomTom application from their website.

In the TomTom map folder there is a .pna file. What does the third line of that text file say?
