Hi, complete smartphone newbie.....

I've been drawn to this smartphone as I am a midwife needing a mobile diary and contact manager together with phone and gps. However, I can't seem to find a customisable calendar linked database solution to add in my own contact and appointment details such as latest blood pressure etc...

can anyone think of a way for me to do this while still using only one piece of kit such as the orbit?

Oh, and I need to back up to a mac!?

Thanks in advance

Another good site to look for applications on is Handango http://www.handango.com/

As for the Artemis (which is the HTC device you are thinking of getting) - It is a great unit, although if you can wait a week or so the newer version should be out known as the Orbit 2, this has more memory, a faster processor and high speed internet (3G). Once this newer device is available the earlier Orbits might be sold at a cheaper price - Mike
