PNA 250 - help, please?

Hi there whilst trying to update the software on a PNA 250, it somehow became corrupted. Tried re-installing but to no avail.

It seems to be looking for files that aren't there (must have somehow been deleted?) and won't let me re-install from the original cd's because of these missing files? I tried a hard reset etc but still comes up with no navigation sofwatre being on the unit. It's really important to try and get hold of these as they are for someone else who means a helluva lot to me, so if anyone could help (PWEEEAASE???) I'd really appreciate it.
