Just to put my mind at rest....... Laughing Laughing
Does anyone know??
Have the specs cameras gone now on the northbound section j31- j32
I was going up that way last night and my tom tom was going off but I couldn't see any. It was for the roadworks but they have finished northbound now as there were no road signs or cones but the gantry sign a bit further down was saying 'slow down to 50, new road layout.' ???
I was doing about 50 - 54 until I saw the gantry sign.
What's the threshold?
10% + 2 mph??

Coming back on the south bound there were cameras and signs.
Thanks in advance.
Leb.

Not been on that stretch recentley but if the cameras have gone look at the gantry behind the speed display and you will see some of them have cameras .

As for the threshold i dont trust them but i know hgv drivers do 54 on the M1 j6-j10 roadworks.

I travelled up that way yesterday evening as well. I also thought that the cameras had gone from the Northbound carriageway, but it was too dark to be 100% certain about it. I was going to wait until I return home at the end of the week to confirm my observations.
