Deleting files Artemis

me again - hope I don't take up too much time with these dumb questions. Part of the problem is I'm a macman and these PC gizmos are another world - anyway. I am trying to delete a video and am getting 'sharing violation' - the thing is OK I guess it's because it opens media player when it's hilighted but how do you close MP ? the little 'OK' button just minimises it ! Also I have screwed up the settings of an email account and would like to get rid of it and am struggling - thanks to anyone for their help - Roger

eithe rhold down the cross for a couple of seconds to fully close it or go to start / running programs and close the ones you need to close
