The housing estate to the north west of the village is not shown. It's been there for about four years. The access road (Chestnut Avenue) is shown, but that has been there for many years. How frequently can we expect map updates?

Next update is to be expected around CeBit. To verify if your map issues have been resolved you can always check the online map sites that use TeleAtlas maps. If it's fixed there then it will be fixed in the next TomTom map as well.

If you don't understand CeBit then, then, then --- that's not a big deal 8) . It is just the biggest computer show in the world and it is held each march in Hannover, Germany.

Rumors in the german forums have it that TT3 will be on sale as of march 1st - we'll see if that's appropriate.

As for the web sites - I don't know which UK site has TeleAtlas data. I know that in Germany it is Tele-Map.de and in the US it is mapsonus.com . Normally the need to mention their map provider on the map data - check it out, you should see either NavTech or TeleAtlas copyright notices.

Well www.multi-map.com use a company called Collins-Bartholomew Ltd and the M6 toll is on there.
However www.map24.co.uk use teleAtlas and the M6 toll is not on that.

Also there is provision to inform TeleAtlas directly of omissions and/or errors in their maps here:

although the feedback form does ask for a lot of info.
