NAVGO SY885 Route 66 NOW LOCKED ??

Hi

I have a NAVGO SY885 which uses ROUTE 66. It has been working fine for a few weeks now it has just LOCKED itself - every time i try to use the touch screen a little green padlock comes up at the bottom right of the screen.

I bought this off eBay so does anyone know what is going on ... I mean it was working fine 3 days ago.

Has the seller some how LOCKED it or has Route 66 locked it.

Can someone help me please as i need this sat nav operational as i travel alot to different places.
