|
|
I have a Medion MN95000
The active sync version is 3.7.1
I have tried all the versions of active synce to date
The USB does not recognise the PDA only as unknown device
I have the drivers for Mitac 168 however when I try and use these drivers the PC does not recognise them
My Windows is XP current version
I have tried several computers to sync
No PC will sync with it
What am I doing wrong and what do I do to correct this problem
Please help as my PDA is now gathering dust |

Although it's no consolation to you. I have a 168 and AS works fine with it. |

same here with my 168, had no problems with any version of activesync up to latest current, presume you have unit connected to usb when you install activesync? and use get connected. |

Sounds like you probably have a USB connector problem.
Rather than letting the pda gather dust you can always apply any updates/additions using a card reader. |
