bluetooth works in strange ways...

Hi,
I allready had one problem with my globalsta bt-308, namely, not responding to anything.
I had it turned in at the store, and got an other one.
The one I have now doesn't work anymore either...
The lights go normally, and my pocketpc detects the bt-308, and sees the service "bt- serial". but I cannot connect. I allways recieve a message "error adding connection"

did anyone expierience this before, or can anyone help me?
