Ogg sounds for One V3.0

I have just bought a one V3.0 and i am looking for some POI sound files for it.I see the one on here only support software 5 and 6.On mine i have V7.101.I tried the earlier version and put them into the map folder rebooted it and tried,but i had nothing.

Any Help?

The .ogg files method is not dependent on any particular software version, it should work fine on v7, if you have set it up properly.

Which files are you talking about, can you give a link?
I'm asking because I only know of files for the speed camera database on this site, so I can only point you to instructions that are really specific for those.
However, the main issue is that your sound file MUST be renamed to exactly match the POI file it is to go with.
So a POI category with a data file called "doctors.ov2" will need to have the ogg file renamed to "doctors.ogg". Obviously the ogg file needs to actually BE an ogg format file and it needs to be the right characteristics (22,050Hz 16bit IIRC).

If the above is done correctly, the file should be picked up and used by the TomTom (there is no point at which you actually select it from a list), although I believe there is a small bug on the One where you have to say "yes" to the "is this the sound you want" question even though you will not hear it.
