Apologies if already covered but I didn't find anything too specific on this when I did a search.
Does anyone know if the GO500 will run with a 2 gig SD card?

Thanks

Thanks rugrat,

Can't see any reason why it won't work in myGO500 if it does in your GO300. I'll give it a whirl.

I thought Kingston was good UNTIL I phoned Jessops. They told me to keep away from them for Tomtom use.. They recommended the "Sandisk" cards but not to waste money on the "Extreme" I, II or III version.
I have just installed a Map of europe upgrade onto a 2GB SD card on my mates 300 and it works absolutely fine.

Hope this helps.

If you're looking for memory cards don't buy them from either Ebay or your local High Street because on Ebay there are loads of fakes & on the High Street you'll get fleeced!

For cheap memory cards try:

7dayshop

Amazon

My Memory

Play.com

I've just bought a 2Gb SD card from Play.com for my TTG 720 for £10 delivered and it works perfectly, a bargain when you consider on the High St they want £24 or more for the same thing. Shocked
