Proximity Alarm

I've got a nuvi 360, downloaded cameras correctly all settings correct.
However, proximity alarm does not work unless I'm above the speed of the approaching camera. What am I doing wrong?

If you meant DOESN'T then that's normal.

You can use utilities such as Ash10's Camera Manager to edit the settings so you get alerts regardless of the speed and you can change the distance you get alerted at. CLICK HERE

Thanks Paul, I'll give your suggestion a try. I suspected that it was normal but I just wanted it confirming. Sorry for the confusion, I really meant doesn't.
