Rikaline excellent service

Hello,

I am sure I am the same as most people out there, when something goes wrong or doesn't do "exactly what it says on the packet" I am quick to complain.

However, when I purchased my X7 (blue light version) I thought here we go again. I could get the damm thing to even connect to my iPAQ H5550 via BT.

I contacted Rikaline via their web site, and got an alomost instant email about it. After around 5 days and loads of emails from Rikaline and offers of them calling me, we did get it working.

If you have any problems with any Rikaline product (and no I don't work for them) just get in touch and get the level of service from them that every company should offer their customers.

I agree, so far my dealings with them have been excellent
