I use TT2 on my IPAQ 3950 installed on a 128mb SD card which just about fills it up. If I want to add additional maps that won't fit on the card can I install them on a seperate card and swap the cards over after running TT2 or will I have to buy a 256mb card and install everything on one card? |

You can swap cards. I don't know which approach is better, to do it while it is running or to terminate TomTom and then reload the new maps. Normally TomTom is supposed to scan all drives for maps upon startup.
If it cannot find the new maps then you can help it by gently adjusting the registry key that points to the map locations.
Be aware that sometimes a new card may be identified as "Storage Card 2" - in that case simply remove and re-insert the card so the system assigns it the proper "Storage Card" name. _________________ Lutz

Hi Longitude
I Have 3950, UK on 128 Mb SD, France on 256Mb card (215Mb), Germany,Austria,&Switzerland (one map229Mb) on 256 Mb card and Italy (164Mb) and Benelux (55 Mb) on another 256 Mb card.I find the easiest way is to load the relevant SD card, select the map display, open FILE , touch on Switch Map.
