got my BT haicom 303 MMF with the slipper in a bundel from www.buyGPSnow.com it is much better than anything else
at the biggining I was like I would not need a CF part of it
but once I used it, it became my favorite!

so I ordered another Haicom CF 303 MMF for my friend

this one that just got, I guess has a bug
b/c it does not get a fix when in the open shape but once I close it, it gets a good signal, it does not matter if I change its direction or not..
so you guys think I got a defective item ?
should I return it or is there any way around it?

also I saw on haicom's website they are giving the solar panel for this bundel anyone has any idea if they will give it out at all or not?
if yes when?

thanks

I'm having the same problem with a Haicom bt401 slipper and 303mmf combo I bought a week a go.

If I open the compact flash card up by more than about 90 degrees it stops sending any data. This happens in all modes so doesn't seem to be related to the slipper.

I'm guessing the 303mmf isn't supposed to do this and should work fully open?

Any one else having this problem?
