: Hi I'm new to sat nav in general I have a Garmin nuvi3 my question(s) are is there any downloads to change the voice, and same again to add more cars?

Welcome

You are stuck with the voices GARMIN produce unless you use non-TTS voices and use something like Ash's Voice Manager s/w to make your own - look in the GARMIN nuvi forum for details - it's one of the stickies at the top. It's not a trivial task though.

You can download alternative vehicles from the GARMIN site - use WEBupdater and it will check for s/w updates and then give you a list of vehicles that you can download.
